At Danu Botanical, we take immense pride in handcrafting each product with the highest quality organic and natural ingredients. Every item undergoes a thorough quality check before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our rigorous standards. All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that in rare circumstances, a product might not be up to standard. If you believe you have received a defective or substandard product, please contact us at danu.botanical@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will carefully review your claim on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for circumstances that directly result in the product not meeting our quality standards. Please note that individual reactions to natural ingredients (e.g., allergies or sensitivities) are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application of any new product.
Danu Botanical reserves the right to determine if a product is truly substandard and qualifies for a refund or replacement. We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection at our discretion.
